Prices in USD, billed through Stripe. Sales outside Australia are GST-free exports, so no GST is added. The Week is a single charge. It covers seven days from the date you pick, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. Month and Year renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account, with no notice period and no phone call, and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. By buying you agree to the terms and the refund policy.

Because a lot of work is short. A festival, a corporate week, a one-off gala. Pick the day it starts, pay once, and it ends seven days later on its own: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. You have paid for the week you used it rather than the year you didn’t.
The app keeps running to the end of the period you paid for, plus a short buffer so a late renewal can never interrupt a show. After that it stops until you renew. Your show files stay readable either way.
Yes, and you don’t need us to do it. Sign in on any Mac to see every machine using your licence and free a seat from there, or do it from your account page. If a Mac is lost or dead, you can release it remotely.
No. Once a Mac is activated, CueStudio checks its licence locally at launch and never needs the network to run. Being online only matters when you first activate, and for renewals to reach the machine quietly.
